When Will my Order Arrive?
Winix ships via UPS and delivery times will vary based on your UPS shipping option and your proximity to our midwest warehouse. Most in-stock items will leave our warehouse within one (1) business day (Monday-Friday).

 

Returns

Return Policy
Winix aims to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. To help secure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on unused* merchandise and we will even cover the cost of shipping on your return.** If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, simply request a prepaid return label and ship it back to us. That’s it! No hassle... no cost to you!

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them. Used products are non-refundable. Winix has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
**Free Returns offer not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free Returns offer also not available on orders of over 5 items.

How to Make a Return
In accordance with the limited warranty, you may return the product to Winix for repair or replacement.

Within the Warranty validity period

  • Pack the product in the original packaging so that it is not damaged in shipping. Products which are received by Winix and have been damaged in shipping will not be accepted as protected under the warranty. 
  • Provide a copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase.
  • Winix will determine the validity of the warranty claim and will, at it’s sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a factory serviced product.
  • Include your complete name, address and telephone number so that we may return the product to you as appropriate.
  • Winix will not return products that are determined to be out of warranty or which do not include proof of warranty in the form of a valid receipt.

Exchanges
To enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s), we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s).

Defective or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately if your Winix purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.

Winix’s technicians will examine the returned goods carefully and will take the proper action.
